What the Job Need:

To works through maximizes sales revenueand with distributors, dealers, and other partners inside the designated zone to maximise sales revenue. collaborates with distributors and employees to complete all tasks necessary to meet goals. keeps an eye on stock levels in the trade and at the distributor level; finds distribution chain gaps and alerts management so that appropriate action can be taken. accountable for closing deals in order to make money. mostly uses in-person interactions to sell goods and services to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the territory’s distribution of branding and promotional materials in an effort to increase awareness and foster dealer and customer loyalty.
  • Ensures that distributors, dealers, and other partners who resell Vodacom’s goods and services within designated territories meet predetermined sales and revenue goals.
  • Cooperate with and assist distribution partners: Assists the distribution partner in creating plans of action aimed at achieving the predetermined goals.
  • Provide information on the territory’s sales patterns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Creates weekly performance reports for the dealer.
  • Provides training on Vodacom’s goods and/or services to all distribution partners.
  • Collaborates with dealer employees as part of the coaching and oversight process.
  • Keeps an eye on regional competition and provides actionable recommendations.

Job Qualifications and Experience:

  • A university degree or comparable training in sales management or business; the capacity to operate under pressure while achieving short-term goals; and a high degree of integrity and work ethics.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
  • A clean driving licence.
  • Excellent planning abilities and an understanding of Vodacom’s offerings and pricing policies.
  • High personal standards and integrity.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
