This role involves ensuring that students feel safe, cared for, and supported in their academic and personal development outside the classroom. The assistant works closely with the pastoral and teaching teams to create a nurturing and structured environment where students can thrive both emotionally and socially.
Key responsibilities include supervising students during boarding hours, helping to organize extracurricular activities, and ensuring students follow daily routines such as meals, study sessions, hygiene, and bedtime.
