Benjamin Mkapa Hospital was founded under Government Notice No.453 of 2015, which was gazetted on October 16, 2015. following its inauguration on October 13, 2015. The establishment of this hospital stems from the purpose of the fourth term.
Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, plans to establish a contemporary diagnostic treatment facility in Tanzania by 2015. The goal is to reduce the government’s burden of referring patients abroad.
Our services include open heart surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, urology, interventional radiology, oncology, emergency medicine, intensive care unit, imaging (MRI, CT scan), angiography, cath lab, laboratory services, general surgery, and radiotherapy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Applicants must attach an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae (CV) having reliable contacts; Postal address/post code, e-mail and telephone numbers;
- Applicants must attach their certified copies of the following certificates:-
- i. Diploma/Certificates;
- ii. Form IV and Form VI National Examination Certificates;
- iv. Birth certificate;
- iii. Professional Registration and Training Certificates from respective Registration or Regulatory Bodies and Valid license, (where applicable);
- We do not accept copies of the following certificates: –
- i. Form IV and form VI results slips;
- ii. Testimonials and all Partial transcripts;
- Certificates from foreign examination bodies for Ordinary or Advanced level education should be verified by The National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA).
- Professional certificates from foreign Universities and other training institutions should be verified by the National Council for Technical Education (NACTE).
- We will inform only shortlisted candidates of the interview date.
