1. Accounts Payable Officer
Bravo Coco Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. The role will manage supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, and vendor relations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and check invoices, ensuring that they match POs and delivery notes.
- Prepare and execute vendor payments (checks, transfers, and mobile).
- Reconcile supplier accounts and rectify any inconsistencies.
- Maintain vendor records and handle enquiries.
- Maintain compliance with tax laws and internal controls.
- Support auditing, reporting, and month-end close.
2. Bar Manager
We are hiring an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations at Bravo Coco Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of beverages and bar operations, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the bar.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the bar’s daily operations and crew.
- Track stock, orders, and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Manage customer service and complaints.
- Increase sales and profitability.
