It commenced production in 2001 and using contemporary mechanised mining processes. The mine has huge gold reserves and produced approximately 180,000 ounces in 2023. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle changes in systems, new hiring, terminations, and promotions.
- Answer employee enquiries concerning payroll, deductions, benefits, and leave balances.
- Conduct frequent audits to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of HR and payroll data.
- Process and administer employee payroll accurately and on schedule, with corporate policies.
- Prepare and present payroll and HR reports to management on headcount, leave balances, and salary summaries.
- Maintain and update personnel information in HRIS and payroll systems to reflect changes in job status, salary, and benefits.

- Maintain and update standard payroll and HRIS procedures.
- Assist auditors by supplying correct payroll and HRIS data and documentation.
- Keep up to current on payroll regulations and HR compliance needs, and assist in implementing any necessary adjustments.
Job Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Two or more years of HRIS administration experience.
- Expertise in Database Management Systems (DBMS), specifically SQL Server.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
- Knowledge of web application development with the ASP.NET framework, or other programming languages.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Understanding of payroll legislation and human resource compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
