Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deputizing for Chief Finance Officer
- Dangote Group Policies, Implement the Dangote Finance Policies in collaboration with the Group Finance.
- Business Performance Management, Oversee a thorough budgeting process, maintain timely performance monitoring, and give accurate financial information to aid decision-making. This involves management accounting, forecasting, costing, and building good connections with stakeholders and senior management.
- Internal and External Audit, ensure timely and accurate financial statements, and respond to all audit findings within specified timelines.

Job Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Graduate or equivalent with at least 15 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Control, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior management role preferred.
- Professional accounting qualifications are required (CPA, ACA, or ACCA).
- A solid understanding of basic computer packages, as well as a good understanding of ERPs, particularly SAP (the capacity to create on SAP within one year).
- Good interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a thorough awareness of our company and the context in which it operates (ability to learn our business operations and surroundings within one year).
- Sound business acumen.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, as well as problem-solving ability.
- The job holder should be able to advance to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company or a similar company within the Dangote Group.
- High ethics and integrity are required and not negotiable.
- Able to work under pressure.
