Positions Announced:
1. Office Management Secretary II – 2 Positions
To be employed, candidates must be Form Four (Ordinary Level) graduates with a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies. In addition, they must have passed shorthand typing in both Kiswahili and English at 80 words per minute, and possess training in office computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail, and Publisher, from any institution recognized by the Government.
2. Records Assistant II – 3 Positions
The applicant must have a Certificate of Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) and must have completed a Diploma or NTA Level 6 in Records Management from an institution recognized by the Government, and must also have computer skills.
3. Driver II – 9 Positions
A candidate must possess a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) and hold a valid Class C or E driving license, with at least one year of driving experience without causing any accidents. Additionally, the candidate must have attended a Basic Driving Course offered by VETA, NIT, or any other government-recognized institution.
