Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of an efficient and creative retail strategy to monitor team performance, analyse data, conduct periodic forecasting, and provide data to management in accordance with company strategy and objectives, Group guidelines, and policies.
- Create and manage Service Points to enable exceptional service delivery and business success.
- Manage and monitor product merchandising and inventory to ensure that activities run properly.
- apply operational plans to analyse sales data to determine if the store is meeting financial targets and to apply performance improvement strategies.
- Prepare and administer team training, establish team performance goals, address employee problems, and promote teamwork.
- Follow and enforce safety and security procedures.
- Help to create and manage effective distribution networks.
- Use a disciplined strategy to organising all retail activities and assigning roles to employees.
- Collaborate with senior management to create relevant indicators by gathering customer and market feedback and reporting it to the organisation.”Lead discussions on policies, practices, and procedures with colleagues outside of your job area.”
