Positions Announced:
Muheza District Council has opened 15 jobs positions across various departments and disciplines. Such positions includes the following:
1. Office Management Secretary Grade II – 5 Positions
Must have completed Forms Four or Six and hold a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies. Furthermore, the candidate must have passed shorthand in both Kiswahili and English and have received instruction in office computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, and Publisher from a government-recognized institution.
2. Records Assistant Grade II – 4 Positions
Must have finished Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) education and have a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a government-approved institution, as well as computer skills.
3. Driver Grade II – 6 Positions
Must have a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) and a valid Class E or C driving licence with at least one (1) year of accident-free driving experience. Candidates must also possess training certificates that qualify them for the appropriate licence classes. In addition, they must have completed a Basic Driving Course offered by VETA or another government-approved institution.
