Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely evaluation, payment plan creation, and vendor payment processing.
- Helping hand with the creation and publishing of journal entries for monthly provisions and accruals.
- Carrying out account reconciliations for suppliers.
- Helping with the preparation and payment of excise taxes, VAT, etc.
- Checking vendor invoices to make sure they adhere to legal and corporate criteria.
- Confirming that goods or services were received prior to publishing in ERP and comparing invoices to purchase orders.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proficient knowledge of computing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of International Accounting Standards and principles.
