Positions in Daressalaam Branch.
A. Cashier – 1 Position
Key Skills: Cash handling, reconciliation, transaction accuracy, confidentiality.
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in cashiering or accounting roles.
B. Mechanical Technicians – 6 Positions
Key Skills: General mechanics, safety standards, vehicle servicing.
Qualifications: FTC/Diploma in Automotive Engineering or Trade Test I/II.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in reputable workshops or garages.
C. Business Controls Auditor (Internal Auditor) – 1 Position
Key Skills: Risk-based auditing, internal control frameworks, compliance.
Qualifications: Degree in Finance or Business; CPA required (CIA/CISA/CFE a plus).
Experience: + 4 years in auditing
D. Assistant Accountant – 1 Position
Key Skills: Tax compliance, financial reconciliation, reporting accuracy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 3–5 years in accounting; tax and audit exposure is a plus.
E. Parts Sales Officer – 1 Position
Key Skills: Client relationship management, inventory knowledge, sales operations.
Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
Experience: 4–5 years in automotive parts or fleet industry.
F. Tax Accountant – 1 Position
Key Skills: VAT, PAYE, SDL, WCF compliance, statutory reporting, ESD expertise.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Tax. CPA(T) or ACCA required.
Experience: +3 years
Position in Mbeya Branch
Workshop Lead – 1 Position
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years managing automotive workshops.
- Key Skills: Workshop operations, team leadership, customer satisfaction, diagnostics.
